2. Shipping Time
- Regular Shipping: Domestic shipping usually takes between 2 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping location. While the international shipping process takes 10 days to 25 days depending on the shipping location.
- Shipping for Pre-Order or Special Items: Shipping may take longer. Estimated time information will be provided when you place your order.

3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item and the shipping destination. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout, after you enter your shipping address.

5. Shipping Tracking

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter during checkout is complete and accurate to avoid delays or errors in delivery. If there are changes after the order has been processed, please contact our customer service team immediately.
7. Shipping Constraints
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other obstacles beyond our control.
8. Package Receipt
Please make sure there is someone available to receive your package at the time of delivery. If the package cannot be received within the specified time, the courier will try to contact you again or re-deliver according to the provisions applicable to the courier service used.
9. Return & Return of Goods
If there is a problem related to delivery such as damaged goods or wrong delivery, you can submit a return according to the return policy that we provide. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods for further processing.

- Delivery can only be made after payment is confirmed.
- We cannot ship to incomplete or unclear addresses.
- If the order is sent to the wrong address due to customer error, the re-delivery cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
