The 38 kW KOHLER® Standby Home Generator delivers reliable power for large homes or small businesses during outages and storms. Featuring an industrial-grade engine, it keeps essential systems like central air, sump pumps, and computers running. Built for extreme durability, the heavy-duty liquid-cooled engine excels in harsh conditions, while the aluminum powder-coated enclosure withstands severe weather. With a low-noise, neighborhood-friendly design, this generator operates at just 60 dBA at full speed and 52 dBA during exercise. The patented three-fan cooling system reduces noise levels for quiet operation. It’s powered by a Kohler KG2204T engine, offering 74kVA peak motor-starting capacity and premium power quality. Running on natural gas or liquid propane (LPG), this generator provides flexibility and easy fuel switching. The 38RCLC is backed by a 5-year or 2,000-hour warranty, and it’s compatible with OnCue® Plus for remote monitoring.
