The all-new Generac 7223 Guardian Series home standby generator runs on a Generac's G-Force 800 Series 816cc dual-cylinder engine that is pressure-lubricated and purpose-built for extended use. It operates at 3600 RPM maximum.
The 60 Hz 240V air-cooled generator runs on LP or natural gas to generate 14000 watts. The engine has overhead valves that extend its life.
The oil tank stores 2.2 quarts (2.1 liters) of oil. The model runs quietly at 65dBA with low emissions and provides clean power for sensitive electronics.
The air-cooled gas engine changes its speed when more load is added using its G-Flex variable speed technology. It allows the engine to operate smoothly without pressure from the added load.
